The Ideal Emmerse English Day Camp Teacher
At Emmerse, we’re not just looking for English teachers — we’re looking for counselors, mentors, and explorers who can turn every activity into an experience and every moment into a lesson. We value energetic, creative, adaptable, and empathetic individuals who are team players and excellent communicators. A teaching degree in English, a strong command of English (B2–C1 level minimum) and teaching experience working with children, youth, and adults are essential.

Beyond Teaching: The Role of an Emmerse Teacher
At Emmerse English Day Camp, our teachers/counselors are at the heart of the experience. They don’t just teach English — they live the Saturday day camp with their students/campers, guiding, supporting, and celebrating every moment. Teachers lead and participate in camp segments such as Music & Storytelling, Movie Time, Arts & Tech Crafts, Games, and Sports. They also encourage campers to use English throughout the day and model positive behavior.
